1. About Us

Loans Got Easy ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company") is a loan advisory and comparison platform operating as a Direct Selling Agent ("DSA") and Lending Service Provider ("LSP") duly authorised by its partner banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies ("NBFCs") under applicable digital lending regulations.

We are not a bank, NBFC, or deposit-taking institution. We do not accept deposits, do not lend money on our own balance sheet, and do not bear credit risk. Loan products are offered solely by our Partner Lenders, who are regulated financial institutions.

2. Service Charges

There are no application, comparison, or advisory charges levied by Loans Got Easy on the borrower. Standard lender fees - including processing fee, legal and technical verification, valuation, stamp duty, GST, and any other lender-applicable charges - are charged by the respective lending bank or NBFC and disclosed in their Key Fact Statement ("KFS") before you sign any agreement. Your interest rate is determined by the lender based on your credit profile and standard underwriting criteria.

We will never demand any upfront fee, processing charge, deposit, or "file charge" from you. If anyone claiming to represent Loans Got Easy asks you to pay money before disbursement, please report it immediately to grievance@loansgoteasy.com.

3. Services Offered

Self-serve loan discovery and eligibility checks (personal, vehicle, gold loans);
Assisted advisory for complex products (home, business, MSME, LAP, construction, startup, corporate);
Document collection, formatting, and application forwarding to selected Partner Lenders;
EMI calculators, rate comparison tables, and educational content.

4. Eligibility to Use

You must be at least 18 years of age, an Indian resident or NRI as defined under FEMA, 1999, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use our Services.

5. Eligibility Check & Lender's Decision

Any indicative loan offer, eligibility result, interest rate, or EMI displayed on this Website is illustrative only, based on data you provide and information from Partner Lenders, and does not constitute an offer or guarantee of credit. Actual sanction, amount, tenure, rate, and conditions are determined solely by the Partner Lender after their independent credit assessment.

The decision to approve, reject, modify, or recall a loan application rests exclusively with the Partner Lender and shall be final and binding. Loans Got Easy shall not be liable for any rejection, delay, or change in terms by the Partner Lender.

6. User Obligations & Accuracy of Information

Provide true, complete, current, and accurate information at all times;
Submit only your own documents and KYC; never impersonate another person;
Comply with all applicable KYC, anti-money-laundering, and tax laws;
Not use the Service for any fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive purpose;
Not share OTPs, login credentials, or sensitive credentials with anyone, including persons claiming to represent us;
Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account or information.

7. Communications & DND

When you submit a loan enquiry, you authorise Loans Got Easy and the Partner Lender(s) you select to contact you in connection with that enquiry via phone call, SMS, email, and WhatsApp on the contact details you provide, notwithstanding any registration on the National Customer Preference Register (NCPR/DND), as such communications are service-related under TRAI TCCCPR, 2018 (as amended).

Marketing and promotional communications will be sent only if you have separately opted in, and you may withdraw such consent at any time by replying "STOP" to any message, clicking the unsubscribe link, or emailing privacy@loansgoteasy.com.

8. Data Use & Privacy

Our collection, use, sharing, and storage of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Services you acknowledge that your information may be shared with Partner Lenders for the purpose of processing the loan application you have requested.

9. Third-Party Services

We use the following processors to operate the Service: Saarathi.ai (loan aggregation), Twilio (OTP and voice), Interakt (WhatsApp Business API), Zoho (CRM and email), Razorpay (payment processing where applicable), Vercel (web hosting), and analytics providers. These processors are bound by written contracts with confidentiality and security obligations. You acknowledge that the Service relies on these third-party providers.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, logos, tools (including the EMI calculator), rate tables, comparisons, and editorial material on the Website are the intellectual property of Loans Got Easy or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Website for personal loan-seeking purposes. You may not reproduce, scrape, reverse-engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Activities

You shall not:

Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Website;
Attempt to bypass security or rate-limiting controls;
Submit false, forged, or stolen documents;
Use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal activity;
Post defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content;
Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the Service.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties - express or implied - including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the rates displayed are the most competitive available in the market at any given moment, or that any specific outcome will result from using the Service.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed INR 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand). We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loans Got Easy, its officers, directors, employees, advisors, and agents from and against any claim, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or any false or misleading information you provide.

15. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, submitted false information, or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity. You may stop using the Service at any time.

16. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted on the Website. Continued use of the Service after revisions take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemic, regulatory action, central-bank or government directives, power failure, internet outage, or third-party service disruption.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 working days as per the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021. Data-protection grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days as per DPDPA 2023.

If a grievance relating to a Partner Lender is unresolved by us, you may escalate to the concerned lender's grievance redressal officer or to the central bank's online complaint portal. Data-protection grievances may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

20. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Entire Agreement: These Terms together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours to any successor or affiliate.
Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict with a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
